We are aware there are issues affection some candidates who cannot see their submitted applications list or their Incomplete(saved) applications.


We have raised the issue with our developers who are investigating the problem.


In the meantime, if you need to continue a saved application, the following workaround should work:

  1. Find the job advert on myjobscotland.
  2. Click on the "Apply" button.
  3.  If the system can find an incomplete, saved application for the job, an orange pop-up will display in front of the application form with details of a saved application.
  4. Press "Continue" within the pop-up to load up your previously saved application.


For updates regarding submitted applications, you should always be notified by email when your application progresses so keep an eye on your email inbox and check your junk folder.
