A few candidates with hotmail email addresses have had problems receiving emails from myjobscotland. If you are not receiving our emails and you are using a hotmail account please use the following instructions to whitelist noreply@myjobscotland.gov.uk

  1. Log into your hotmail account.
  2. Open your mailbox and click the cog in the upper right hand corner and then “Options" from the drop down menu.
  3. Click the “Safe and Blocked Senders” link.
  4. Click the “Safe Senders” link.
  5. Copy and paste "noreply@myjobscotland.gov.uk" into the dialog box titled “Type an address or domain”.
